The George H. Darden II Funkateers Ball is the biggest and best annual reunion of Funkateers hosted by the Chocolate City Alliance celebrating the music, style and culture of P-Funk

This year, the Ball celebrates its 10th anniversary with a stellar show featuring the legendary Michael "Kidd Funkadelic" Hampton, with 3GP's Young Poppi ("Prince of Funk"), funk DNA diva Shirley Clinton and a supergroup featuring members of Tony CaMM's All-Stars of Funk, The Clones of Funk, and Nappy Head Funk Army--all paying tribute to the 50th anniversary of the classic albums The Clones of Dr. Funkenstein by Parliament and Stretchin' Out by Bootsy's Rubber Band as well as Hardcore Jollies and Tales of Kidd Funkadelic by Funkadelic!

But that's not all...Funkateers Ball weekend features a Friday night welcome party and fun and games on Saturday afternoon and all weekend long. Plan to join us for the whole funky affair!
